I was playing Mass Effect 3 today and checked on my Military Strength and... well... it was glitched. See, while the Galactic Readiness should have been at 91%, well, this is what it said: Total Military Strength: 5201 Readiness Rating: 18813306% Effective Military Strength: 978668160
