I just finished beating ME3 again the other day and finally saw the destroy ending. The wierd ghost AI kid said that the Geth and Shepherd would die if he destroyed them but Shepherd wasn't synthetic except for the Lazarus project. The Quarians have exstensive cybernetic upgrades to their system, so wouldn't the Quarians drop dead along with the Geth, Reapers, and Shepherd?
