I'm doing my second ME playthrough for importing it to ME2. I decided to create a ME2 character from scratch to see if I could make a face identical to the ME one so I could make some changes to it (for example, putting a more tired aspect or more scarring). Well, I think it's doable, although it's not perfect (the nose and cheeks differ a bit when watching it from perspective).
