BioWare will be at Comic Con, and so will new Mass Effect info.

San Diego Comic Con will be starting on July 11. It will play host to many of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, and BioWare will be among them. In this outline, they promise that Mass Effect will have a heavy presence, both inside and outside the convention center.

Raphael Sbarge (Kaidan) and Kimberly Brooks (Ashley) will be signing autographs.

BioWare will be serving free food and drinks at what they are calling the Purgatory Bar.

There will be a Mass Effect 3 panel.

My Multiplayer Ideas

It seems that a lot of blogs like this are popping up lately, so I figured I'd make one of my own, seeing as this was how I got started here at this wiki. The multiplayer portion of Mass Effect 3 is, in my opinion, the surprise hit of the game. I was initially prepared to hate it with a vengeance, and in the end it turned out to be exceptionally entertaining. I've had some ideas for items, map, and characters to be included in future MP expansions since I first started playing. Most will be found below, though a few of my ideas were already proposed by other users in their blogs. Please note that there will be some spoilers ahead, if you have yet to play the game all the way through.

  • 1 New Maps
  • 2 New Enemies
  • 3 New Characters
    • 3.1 Turian Cabal Adept…

If You Hate Vido Santiago, You'll Love This!

Great news, everyone! It is quite possible that Zaeed will be a DLC squaddie in ME3, and I have semi-proof.

There is unused Zaeed dialog in the game's files. Here is the forum where I found this out. I will also copy the dialog here. Some of it is in-game already, but a lot isn't. -

Pissed him off (laugh) or maybe he didn't even understand the question.

But it's tough to settle down, knowing the Reapers are on their way.

It's downright sick, I asked the soldier what the hell had happened to his face.

What the hell you looking at?

Later then.

Alright Shepard, I'll be here a while.

Should get your fleets moving at least... Keep them focused.

Free space is shrinking every day and everyone knows it.

True, but you've picked a helluva fight to get yoursel…

The Stanley Cup Playoffs

Game Seven is now going! Anybody else following the Playoffs (other than Spart, who has been covering it on his user page)? I don't have too much invested in it this year (neither team is Dallas), but it's been some good hockey. Both teams (Vancouver and Boston) have been playing very well. Fun fact! This is also the most heavily penalized Playoffs in twenty years. I'd kinda like to see Boston win, they haven't gotten the Cup in a while.

An Interesting Indie Game

I recently came across a neat indie game, called 0 A.D.. It is an RTS game featuring real historical societies from 500 B.C. to 500 A.D., and best of all, it is (or rather, will be) totally free! The game is currently in it's Alpha stage. As a bit of a history nut, I like the detail the folks at Wildfire Games are putting into this, and it looks like it won't be just your average strategy game. Heroes from the various societies are available as Super Units (including Leonidas, Julius Caesar, Hannibal, Xerxes, and others), and each society has a whole new playing style, and isn't just a sort of retextured copy of the others. And what cool societies! They are going to include the Greeks, the Romans, the Persians, and a lot more! I may seem a…
