Merixus needs an angaran ionic filter to improve production of purified water on Elaaden. He still hasn't been allowed into the city, and has asked you to track down the filter for him.
Acquisition
Merixus will be available on a pad on the left side of the Docks in Aya once Pathfinder Ryder has secured an Initiative presence in the city.
Walkthrough
Acquire A Ionic Filter On Aya
Purchase an ionic water filter for 350 
on Aya from the Aqueduct Engineer at the navpoint east of the Marketplace (down the staircase near the Holographic Message Terminal).
Deliver The Ionic Filter To Merixus
Deliver the filter to Merixus on the Docks.
