The task is given by an angara on the lower section of the Cultural exchange on Nexus, after you complete A Trail of Hope priority and save Moshae Sjefa and receive information on establishing embassies on Aya and the Nexus.
The task requires you to do three assigments:
1. Battle Feroucios beasts;
2. Obtain sensitive information;
3. Defeat Remnant.
All three assigments are done on Voeld. You need to activate a training beacon on the three locations on Voeld.
Note: This task cannot be completed by female Ryder. After you do the required assigments, the task doesn't complete, despite the fact you can talk and receive praise for completing them from the NPC. So far EA/BioWare has no official response on the subject.
