Shield Bonus?[]

Does this Bonus increase Max Shields for the duration of the Stim Pack or simply refill the stated amount of shield points? Second one would be rather pointless. THEINFERNALVerjigorm (talk) 23:04, December 28, 2012 (UTC)

Wrex Bug[]

Currently, the Grenades page claims that Wrex uses a Stimulant Pack automatically upon losing his shields. I haven't verified that to be the case or not -- however, I do know that his use of the packs is otherwise bugged. He'll just sometimes continuously use them in a row until depleted, usually when he enters a combat situation and acquires enemy targets, but even if he's not under any fire at all. Fairly certain that behavior isn't working as intended. Hopefully someone will confirm. Neo89515 (talk) 15:11, 15 November 2022 (UTC)

Tech Power?[]

Stimulant Pack is currently listed under Tech. How do we know it's a Tech Power as opposed to Combat? Is it listed somewhere in-game or effected by upgrades that only affect Tech? (The only upgrades only effecting Tech in 3 I know of only do damage which wouldn't apply here.)

ME3 Wrex has Stimulant Pack despite being a Combat/Biotic user and none of other ME3 squamates powers breaking the mode of the six classes. And even in multiplayer which is more flexible in power distribution (Stimulant Pack given to Combat classes), none have all three categories of powers so this seems odd. This would be difficult to test to verify in-game, as the normal way I do in-game testing for the "tech" category is by using a tech-only damage boost like Sabotage's Tech Vulnerability or a tech-boosting gear item in Multiplayer like Omni Capacitors; since Stimulant Pack doesn't really deal "damage" I'm not sure it would benefit from those boosts even if it WAS a tech power. There may have been an official source on which powers in ME3 were tech, biotic, etc, because the Tech and Biotic pages list all the powers relevant to their categories with near-perfect accuracy from what I can tell, and those lists have been around for years. Quick follow-up -- there might be a way to tell from the game data which category a power belongs to, but that's not in my wheelhouse. Neo89515 (talk) 04:34, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
