Yes. It's because this page is talking about the Cerberus project codenamed Overlord. It's not talking about the DLC itself, or the assignments, or anything else. Because they're obviously related. Someone coming to this page conceivably would also be interested in reading information about the specific Overlord missions or about the DLC itself.
