Eden Prime and Noveria
Edit
I've noticed that Eden Prime and Noveria are listed as being both in the Attican Traverse and in Systems Alliance Space. Considering the way the Galaxy at War map is set up, it's not possible for a planet to be in multiple regions (unless, I suppose, it were right on the border). However, these regions are just political boundaries and no doubt can change. Both are unquestionably in Alliance Space in ME3.
How should we handle this? Remove them from the list for the Attican Traverse? Add a note saying ("formerly")?TheUnknown285 21:00, April 3, 2012 (UTC)
- Leave them as they are for now. It may be contradictory, but we can't arbitrarily choose one location over another to list these planets in because we don't know which info is incorrect or outdated. It could be that the war map borders weren't considered carefully enough by the devs and so they're in the wrong for contradicting existing lore, or it could be that events in-universe between 2183 and 2186 have changed the galaxy's political landscape, shifting those borders. Alternatively, maybe both locations are correct and the regional borders aren't as concrete as we're led to believe. -- Commdor (Talk) 21:10, April 3, 2012 (UTC)
- I would suggest adding a section noting such cases. I've noticed quite a few such cases in addition to these two (e.g., Horizon, Feros). It may reduce some confusion and unneeded edits. We're already doing this in regards to the Citadel on the Inner and Outer Council Space pages. TheUnknown285 19:23, April 6, 2012 (UTC)
Batarian colonies?
Edit
I've noticed that several planets that supposedly part of Earth Systems Alliance space, are in fact Bavarian colonies that are in the heart of Batarian space.
I'm tempted to delete these entries, but I would like some explanation for their presence here.
