Who do they work for?[]

OK, I'd like to ask why Lancer keeps deleting the text that says they work for Aria. The page itself says they do, as does the guard at the quarantine zone.

No that is incorrect. They were hired by Aria this is true, but they are mercenaries, and because of that, they don't have a faction. There's a big difference between being one of Aria's men, and being hired to do a job. They may have been the original guards of the district, and got their money from the residents. Expect with all of them dying, Aria pays them to keep people out and in. Bottom line, they aren't part of Aria's gang, they are hirelings, and that doesn’t make them a part of Aria, so therefore they have no faction. Lancer1289 04:47, October 25, 2011 (UTC)

OK, I guess that makes sense. But aren't all of Aria's workers "hirelings" and mercenaries technically?

No they aren't and they are two completely separate things, opposite sides of the spectrum acutally. Let's take Anto for an example. He is her enforcer/assistant/whatever he is I'm not entirely sure. If this were an infobox on him, then it would be appropriate to use "Aria's Gang" as the faction as he is a part of her organization. However, these people are just grunts hired off the street to perform a specific job, and they will more than likely be let go when said job is finished. That makes them workers, and not a part of the organization. If you are hired off the street for a task by someone like Aria, then you are in no way considered part of the organization, you are just a worker, there to perform a job, and leave. If you had a plumber fix your pipes, would s/he be considered a member of your family? More than likely no, and that is what the point is here. Because they are just hirelings, and not organization members, again, therefore, none is only thing that is appropriate. Lancer1289 04:56, October 25, 2011 (UTC)
