Creating the articleEdit

Hello. I was unable to find an article specifically for Mass Effect: Andromeda Combat, so I created this one. With the recent release of combat-related trailers and gameplay, it seemed appropriate to do so. Not everything is yet known, but many things are. I pulled over the headers from the Mass Effect 3 Combat page as a guideline but as the skill system has changed, at least for single-player, I would imagine some of the headers are no longer appropriate and will need to be changed or removed. I will be work on updating this article over the next several days as I find or learn more information. Pinkachu @fandom (talk) 00:12, March 3, 2017 (UTC)

Health Supply Boxes Edit

Does anyone know the history or why some videos online will show a health supply box with a slightly reddish orange circle with a plus symbol in the center for a health supply box but a lot of them show as the red circle in a red square?

I can't discern if this is a version difference (PC, XBX1, PS4), a regional thing, or if this was changed in a patch at some point.

NOT WADING INTO POLITICS OR RELIGION but I do know that in different regions of the world, it isn't the International Red Cross but the International Red Crescent that provides humanitarian aid. (There are other organizations as well and other 'Red' symbols). Certain symbols are overwhelmingly recognized as "help" or "aid". Was this neutral circle symbol used to make sure that no one would be offended or not included? Just curious.

I went with the more prevalent red circle symbol for the supply boxes. If someone can give background (or if there really are two health supply box symbols used in the game or different versions for different platforms), I will find a copy of the other symbol and add that as well (or add a trivia section with the information). --GS877 (talk) 18:22, May 17, 2018 (UTC)

On a side note, anyone who decides to wade into politics or religion to answer this question will have the comment removed. Discussions along those lines will always devolve into something less than pleasant. I'm only looking to find out why that symbol was used for this game and DON'T want to go into the history and meaning of the symbols themselves. You can go read up on them at Wikipedia or your local library if you are curious.
Unless there is a proven source per MOS guidelines, that can be pointed at to give a clear picture that the motivations were based on politics or religion, the comments talking about religion or politics will be removed. This is not the place to discuss those types of subjects. --GS877 (talk) 18:22, May 17, 2018 (UTC)
