Blue Rose of Illium[]

Forgive me if this should be a forum question or put on the Answers wikia, but it's something I've wondered and something I think needs to go in this article. What effects does the ME2 mission Blue Rose of Illium have on this quest? Is the dying message quest available regardless of whether or not you convinced Ereba to take Charr back? Is it available if you don't even complete the ME2 mission? Are their dialogue differences? TheUnknown285 (talk) 03:14, July 21, 2012 (UTC)

As far as I know there aren't any effects, but this should be investigated and if there are, then they should be noted. Lancer1289 (talk) 04:53, July 21, 2012 (UTC)
I would suggest that similar information go on the Blue Rose of Illium page as well. TheUnknown285 (talk) 05:17, July 21, 2012 (UTC)

Mission potentially bugged in The Legendary Edition.[]

finished Attican Traverse: Krogan Team a few hours ago and picked up this mission. Finished the rest of Attican Traverse: Krogan Team and took a break afterwards. Went to the citadal to deliver Charr's final message but for some reason it didn't appear in my journal and i could't say anything to the Asari it was meant for. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by The Prince of Shafts (talk · contr).

are you absolutely sure you interacted with charr's corpse? did a save before doing so (or just restarting the mission in general), then speedrunning back to the citadel to verify? better to rule out forgetfulness first before claiming anything. Yes i definitly interacted with the corpse. The quest is completed now but for some reason the Asari in question wasn't able to be interacted with until i tried again later. This isn't so surprising though. The interacting prompt for Mass Effect 3 is always a bit buggy. Even when playing the game years ago I've noticed that sometimes the prompt to interact with something disappears when standing at a specific distance or looking at it from a specific angle. So the fact that i wasn't able to complete the mission right away because the interaction prompt was acting up doesn't surprise me. Regardless the issue fixed itself. The Prince of Shafts (talk) 04:47, 12 June 2021 (UTC)

This mission was not initially added to my journal, but when I visited the Citadel after doing the Attican Traverse mission, I was able to talk to the Asari to deliver the Krogan's message. Afterwards the mission was added to my journal as complete. VShep7 (talk) 07:23, 15 August 2021 (UTC)
