Powell

Powell is a spaceport dockworker on Eden Prime. He ran a small smuggling ring where he paid Cole to store his items. When Commander Shepard's squad came to Eden Prime, they met Powell near Nihlus's dead body. Powell was sleeping behind the crates during his shift and this saved his life when the geth attacked the planet. Shepard can confront Powell on his smuggling ring and convince him to part with some useful items.

Powell also describes how he witnessed Saren Arterius' murder of his colleague, Nihlus, and points Shepard in Saren's direction along the cargo train. He was later contacted by the Alliance for an official testimony to support their accusations against Saren, but the Citadel Council claimed the word of "one traumatised dockworker" was not enough.
