Operational Mastery

Operational Mastery is a passive power available to the Infiltrator class in Mass Effect 3. As the Infiltrator's class power it focuses on increasing reputation, weight capacity and weapon damage. In addition it increases the Infiltrator's unique sniper rifle time-dilation effect. Later levels also offer optional increases to power damage, power duration, headshot damage and squadmate weapon and power damage.

• Sniper Time-Dilation: 25%

Rank 2: Influence & Capacity

Increase reputation bonus by 4%.
Increase weight capacity bonus by 20 points.

Rank 3: Influence & Sniping

Increase sniper time-dilation by 10%.

Rank 4: Weapon Damage/Influence & Duration

Influence & Duration Increase power duration by 25%. Increase reputation bonus by 8%. Reputation Bonus: 20% Weapon Damage Bonus: 5% Weight Capacity Bonus: 35 Sniper Time-Dilation: 35%

Rank 5: Squad Bonus/Weight Capacity

Squad Bonus Increase squadmate weapon damage by 10%. Increase squadmate power damage and force by 15%.

Weight Capacity Increase weight capacity bonus by 35 points.

Rank 6: Damage & Duration/Sniper Damage

Damage & Duration Increase power damage and duration by 25%.

Sniper Damage Increase sniper rifle damage by 15% Increase headshot damage by 15%.
