Normandy Requisitions Officer

The Normandy Requisitions Officer can be found in the SSV Normandy's engineering section, immediately to Shepard's right upon leaving the elevator, just forward of the Mako.

He is not a quartermaster and does not simply "issue" gear free of charge- he specialises in equipment outside the Alliance's standard range, trading out of his own pocket whenever the Normandy docks at a reasonably-sized port, meaning Shepard has to pay him for any gear rather than being issued it on request. However, the ease of access and wide range of products make up for this.

Shepard can also ask the Requisitions Officer about armory licenses. Purchasing new licenses permits the NRO to trade in new lines of goods-if Shepard purchases a Geth Armory license, for instance, the NRO can sell Geth Armory goods.
