The Normandy Crash Site is a DLC pack released for Mass Effect 2 on January 26, 2010. The pack was one of a few that were released the day Mass Effect 2 was released.

Description

Explore the crash site of the SSV Normandy as Commander Shepard is asked by Alliance Command to explore the site and recover the remains of missing crew members and place a monument on the site. Alliance Command wants Shepard to be the first to walk on the site as Shepard was the vessel's last commanding officer.

The DLC is free to all Cerberus Network users. Owners of used copies of Mass Effect 2 or those who rent the title will have to buy a Cerberus Network membership for 1200 MSP (Xbox) ($15 USD) to access the content, as Cerberus Network membership is free only to those who buy the game new.
