Lorik Qui'in

Lorik Qui'in is the turian manager of the Synthetic Insights Noveria branch. A consummate businessman, he carries himself in a polite, refined manner, and is happy to talk about current events, including the lockdown at Peak 15 and the arrival of Matriarch Benezia. He has something of an interest in humans, particularly their curious idioms.

Lorik Qui'in is voiced by Peter Jessop.

Commander Shepard is pointed in Qui'in's direction by Gianna Parasini after failing to get a garage pass from Administrator Anoleis. Qui'in explains that he is in a tight spot. Anoleis is taking kickbacks and Qui'in managed to gather evidence on his corruption, but Anoleis found out and accused Qui'in of being corrupt himself. Anoleis has paid Noveria security under the table to ransack Qui'in's office. Qui'in offers a garage pass in exchange for Shepard recovering the data from his computer, though the commander may have to take out some of the security officers.

Once Shepard has recovered the data, Gianna Parasini asks for help conducting her investigation into Anoleis. She wants Shepard to convince Qui'in to testify. Qui'in is annoyed at Shepard's presumption, but the commander can use Charm or Intimidate to talk him around, or give up and exchange the data for a garage pass.

You can also use your conversation with him for an unlimited number of Paragon or Renegade Points.

Depending on the resolution of the corruption plot, if you later revisit Qui'in in the bar, he will proudly relate that he is now the Administrator of Port Hanshan.
