Heavy Armor

From Mass Effect Wiki

Heavy Armor offers the highest level of protection from enemy fire, but also has the highest movement penalities affecting weapon accuracy. The Soldier and Krogan Battlemaster classes have access to Heavy Armor but require 7 points in Combat Armor to unlock it.
