- I have a pretty well-defined mental image of her that I'm not going to change even if they do show her face in ME3. I'd post a pic if I were less lazy to scan my drawings. --kiadony --talk to me-- 09:35, September 9, 2011 (UTC)
Cant say i want to know LOL. Im into asari ^_^. By the way, bioware did make a face design behind the mask. I recall a video on youtube where someone encountered a bug, in which from a certain angle, you could see through the mask (it becomes transparent). Im not sure youll want to see this.. --41464 13:26, September 10, 2011 (UTC)
@41464 - That face displayed behind the mask is actually just a place holder face that they used while they were layering so her mask wouldn't fall into nothing. That isn't her actual face. At the time that Mass Effect came out, they hadn't decided on the specifics of the quarian appearance yet. I think, at least looking at the established biology and what few descriptions there are, that the quarians will have somewhat avian appearance. Maybe not exactly like the turians, but there may be a few shared characteristics. Given what we know about quarians, I think they evolved from some type of predator or carnivore that either had itself evolved from an avian like species or was partially avian in nature. Their bowed back legs are typical of fast, agile organisms or organisms that need to support their weight on thin or narrow locations. --Iiams571 15:40, September 10, 2011 (UTC)
i found some cool concept art of her face supposedly done by a bioware designer at http://fruitloop360.deviantart.com/art/Tali-160075383?offset=10--Mattse212 19:48, September 10, 2011 (UTC)
They're bug people. I am calling it now. And that image isn't really done by BioWare. At least the face wasn't. It's fanart.--Xaero Dumort 21:17, September 10, 2011 (UTC)
- That is the same picture as the one I mention on my blog, I knew it was fan art, but still prity cool, I think quarian face's will be something along that lines not Avian. User:JediSpectre117 23:01, September 10,2011 (UTC)
@Iiams571 Well if this will be the case maybe i wont find them as um.. weird as i do now. I just cant see them beautiful with the face from ME1. Yes, those legs remind me of what i know about dinosaurs. This particular form is evolved for sprinting while moving forward and leaning forward for balance. I still prefer the Asari though ^__^
