i know that i can talk to my crew members inbetween each MAIN mission, but should i talk to them inbetween some secondary missions?

Sometimes you can talk to them inbetween the side missions instead of after the main missions. I think it is more based on levels and game completion, as I have been able multiple times to talk to squadmates inbetween sidmissions and have a full conversation. Yes. For me, I pretty much talked to my squad in between each main and side mission. If they repeat themselves, then I usually talk to them after a main mission. I take the elevator down to the Alliance Requisitions Officer a lot to sell a bunch of junk so I always pick a random squad member to talk to before heading back up.
