I have a question concerning editing coalesced.ini

I saw this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4AsH2uFPmg and wanted to try it out. However, I can't seem to find the settings to make it full auto. I found the global settings for weapons and tried changing it, but some like the m96 mattock don't appear in the coalesced.ini file. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Also, anyone know of a way to edit a classes powers? I tried in coalesced.ini but had no success... I was trying to do things like give my player both adrenaline rush and tactical cloak...

The DLC gear have their own files. The Mattock info is in a file called BIOWeapon.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mass Effect 2\BioGame\DLC\DLC_MCR_01\CookedPC
