Mass Effect 2 won't save. I get to the bit where shepard gets up from the table after the attack on the normandy and I go into the main menu and select save game. It then goes back into the game hud and there is a little spinning disk saying 'Game saving' but when I go into the load game menu in the main menu there is no save game. Help?
