I have pre-ordered my collector's edition through origin and somehow i don't have the shotgun that comes from pre-ordering from them. i haven't gotten a clear answer from them either. anyone out there having the same issue who got their game from origin?
It isn't included in the game and was false advertising. Here is proof, just a few days ago a long time BioWare Social Network member (Javier), who had gained Moderator status through his years of support for BioWare products and forum activities, tried to get a response from BioWare staff on why they had never mentioned that this particular item in a particular Pre-Order DLC offer was only for the PC. If he and others had known that, they would have purchased the game through another store rather than Origin. Rather than address this issue, BioWare decided that his Moderator service were no longer needed and even went so far as to ban him from the BSN all together. This is just one example of game Developers and Publishers censoring/undermining/not care about consumers who raise concern which has been happening for years now. BioWare and EA/Origin have yet to even acknowledge their participation in False Advertising nor have they compensated the people who were mislead aside from offering discounts on a future Origin purchase only to the people who take the time to call their Customer service. After that treatment, who would want to purchase anything from them again.
