Fist
From Mass Effect Wiki
Fist is the human owner of Chora's Den, and a known crime figure on the Citadel. The reporter Emily Wong became interested in his activities, but could not obtain enough evidence to write her story because the krogan bouncer at the Den kept her out.Fist is voiced by John Wright.
As well as being a crime lord, Fist was formerly an agent of the Shadow Broker, but changed his allegiances to work for Saren Arterius; Dr. Michel comments that Saren must have paid very highly for Fist to take such a risk. The Broker retaliated by hiring the krogan mercenary/bounty hunter Urdnot Wrex to assassinate Fist; Wrex attempted to confront him, but was obstructed by a bouncer.
Commander Shepard went looking for Fist to find evidence of Saren's treachery. The commander heard that Fist had come into contact with a quarian who had the evidence Shepard needed. He and the squad raided Chora's Den and faced Fist in his office, which had two heavy defence turrets as protection. Eventually, Fist surrendered and told them he had sent the quarian to a nearby alleyway. She believed she was going to meet the Shadow Broker, but Fist had arranged for her to be confronted by Saren's associates.
Holding Fist at gunpoint, Shepard has the option of releasing him - Fist promises he will vanish, needing to hide from the Shadow Broker - or executing him. If Wrex is in the squad, regardless of what Shepard does, he will kill Fist to fulfil his contract (the reaction of the other squadmate varies—Kaidan and Garrus express their shock, while Ashley becomes confrontational). Shepard can find an OSD in his office, containing his private files: this can be passed on to Emily Wong.
