Combat Mastery is a passive power available to the Soldier class in Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. As with all of the other class powers, it focuses mainly on increasing the character's health and weapon damage. This power also upgrades the player's storm speed. Also, as with all other class powers for Shepard, it also provides a bonus to Paragon and Renegade points.
