Abilities granted by talents should not be on this page.

Abilties granted by talents might be a part of the category as they are intimately related to talents. However, IMO abilities should be on the page of the talent that grants the ability. Abilities are not lengthy in description and only gained through level progression in a talent (e.g. Decryption).
